Pancakes can be healthy
If you need to stay away from flour and sugar, you will be happy to know that you can still eat pancakes.
You will need the following Ingredients:
½ Cup Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Almond Flour
½ Cup Organic Valley Organic Cream Cheese Spread
4 Pasture Raised Hens’s eggs
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Pasture Raised butter for frying.
1 - Mix all ingredients, except the butter, in a blender.
2 - In a pan, over medium heat, add the butter.
3 - Pour to make a small circle, turn over once bubbles start reaching the top. [3-4 mins]
4 - Be creative with your toppings. [Berries, Butter, Cinnamon, Maple Syrup…]
